Breanne A. Gilpatrick has been an attorney with Stoltze Law Group, PLC, since 2022 and practices trial and appellate litigation, focusing on employment, civil rights, tort, and contract cases.
Before joining Stoltze Law Group, Breanne practiced commercial, appellate, and Supreme Court litigation at two international law firms in Washington, D.C. She also held a judicial clerkship with the Hon. Raymond W. Gruender of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
Breanne graduated with honors from Harvard Law School in 2012 and served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy. She received her B.S., summa cum laude, in journalism and political science in 2006 from Northwestern University where she graduated as valedictorian. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a political reporter for The Miami Herald where she covered multiple sessions of the Florida Legislature as well as the 2008 presidential election and Iowa Caucuses.
Breanne has been admitted to practice law in Florida since 2012 (inactive status), in Washington, D.C., since 2014, and in Iowa since 2022. She also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Harvard Club of Iowa and is a longtime volunteer for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
